Nutrients and Boosters
Nutrients are essential substances that plants need to grow, develop, and reproduce. Boosters, on the other hand, are products that stimulate specific processes in plants, like root development, metabolism, or stress tolerance. They don't necessarily provide essential nutrients but rather enhance the plant's ability to utilize what it already has, or to promote growth and stress resistance. Hence both need be used in appropriate measurements for a good final product.
Nutrients:
Plants, like all living organisms, require nutrients to function properly. These are the building blocks for growth, development, and reproduction. Nutrients can be broken down into two main categories: macronutrients (nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium) and micronutrients (calcium, magnesium, iron, etc.).
Boosters:
Boosters are often formulated with specific ingredients to target particular plant processes. For example, some boosters may contain plant hormones to promote growth, or enzymes to improve nutrient uptake. They can also include biostimulants, which are substances that stimulate natural processes in plants, like root growth or stress resistance
